I've been taking piano lessons since I was a child, but I'll admit, I was never the most diligent student. Practicing once a week was my norm, and progress was slow. However, since joining Philip's piano strategic teams, my entire approach to the piano has transformed.Ajith’s unique teaching style, combined with his innovative tools, has not only made practicing more enjoyable but also more consistent. My son Dev is taking online classes from Ajith Sir from last one year . Sir is very talented and his way of teaching is phenomenal. It’s difficult to imagine that a child can learn piano through online platform , but he made it possible .

The important life lesson I learnt from taking Piano classes from Philips Piano academy is that previously when I face setbacks in life I feel embarrassed or sad but after learning Piano now if I face setbacks I don't feel sad. I ask myself how to practice it more and how to change the approach towards solving the problem.Basically learning any Art teaches us this lesson. I too have tried to learn many arts.But I am able to learn the above lesson in Philips Piano academy in a very short time. I joined just 4 months back. No other place I was able to come to this understanding this soon. Here, the learning so structured and clear that every week you will be able to experience visible progress. It encourages you to learn more and develop self confidence easily.Definitely the best place to learn the Art at its purest and true form.

I enrolled my daughter in Philips Piano Academy from June 2021 and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. From start to finish, the class was engaging, informative, and most importantly, fun!Firstly, Ajith is highly skilled and knowledgeable in all aspects of piano playing. He was able to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, which made it easy for my daughter to follow along. Additionally, they provided personalized feedback and guidance throughout the class, which helped improve playing skills.Furthermore, the class environment was welcoming and supportive. My daughter felt comfortable asking questions and making mistakes, knowing that Ajith sir’s help is always available to her. Finally, the class was structured in a way that made learning enjoyable. We covered a range of topics, from basic piano technique and my daughter is currently reaching intermediate level. Do you only teach kids, or do you also teach adults?

At Philips Piano Academy, Ajith Philip fosters a welcoming environment for learners of every age, providing tailored instruction to both children and adults to help them achieve their musical goals.

Do I need to own a piano or keyboard to take lessons?

While having access to a piano or keyboard for practice at home is beneficial, it’s not mandatory for starting lessons

Is it a batch or One-to-One session ?

Its a complete One-to-One session between teacher and student.

Every student gets separate time slot every week for one-on-one sessions.

 

Do you have any certification program ?

Our programs are compatible with all internationally-recognized exams and certifications such as “ABRSM” and “Trinity College London”

How often are lessons scheduled in a week?

Lessons are scheduled for 1 session in a week and 60 minutes per session

If I miss any class, can I reschedule ?

While we typically encourage students to attend all scheduled classes, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, students can discuss with Ajith sir to potentially reschedule the missed class. However, we advise against frequent rescheduling to ensure consistent progress in learning.

Can my 3-4 year old child join even if they've never played piano before?

Absolutely! We welcome young learners with open arms, regardless of prior experience. Ajith sir specializes in nurturing young talents and will tailor lessons to suit your child’s age and ability. We believe in fostering a love for music from a young age and creating a positive and engaging learning environment for all children.

How can I track my child's progress?

We believe in transparent communication with parents regarding their child’s progress. Our instructor provides regular feedback during lessons
